Godrej a highly reputed Mumbai based real estate developer has sold out more than 2400 cr inventories by selling approx. 600 apartments in its Godrej Aristocrat 49 Gurugram project. Godrej Properties informed the regulator that they have sold more than 600 apartments in Godrej Aristocrat Sector 49 Gurgaon. This Luxury Project by Godrej is being developed on Golf Course Extension road, Gurugram. Godrej Aristocrat 49 Gurgaon spread over 10 acres of land area, which has only 3 twin towers and provides approx. 750 Luxury Apartments in Gurgaon. This Luxury Project offers 3 BHK to 4BHK starting from 4 Cr. Onwards.
Godrej Properties MD & CEO Mr. Gaurav Pandey Said this is the most successful launch by Godrej in terms of value of sales, surpassing the Godrej Tropical Isle Last quarter, which was just 2000 cr. He also said that Gurgaon is an extreme and largest market for developers in India. He also said that we will also launch another Project in Gurgaon in 2024. Godrej Tropical Isle Noida also the most successful launch by Godrej group in the last quarter.
Godrej 49 Gurgaon Project
Godrej properties growing the sales continue as they have crossed the sales booking of Rs. 7288 crore against Rs. 4929 crore in last financial year. So Godrej Aristocrat 49 Gurgaon is a milestone for Godrej Properties. Godrej 49 Gurgaon project has set the new target for the company.
During April-September 2023-24, Godrej Properties achieved 48 per cent growth in its sales booking to Rs 7,288 crore as against Rs 4,929 crore in the year-ago period. According to the Godrej Properties chairperson the group will launch the housing projects in Noida, Gurgaon, and Ashok Vihar Delhi during this financial year. Godrej Properties aims to cross the sale of Rs. 14,000/ crore in this fiscal year. As per the reports company has reported 22 percent growth in consolidated profit of Rs. 66.80 Crore during sep quarter, which was 54.96 crore in last year.
Now Godrej Group is planning to Launch its new biggest launch of Godrej Ashok Vihar, which will also create the new milestone. The Godrej Ashok Vihar Delhi project will also set a new high bar for Godrej group in terms of sales.
