Godrej Properties Ltd. has successfully launched its new residential project, Godrej Regal Pavilion, in Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad, achieving sales exceeding Rs 1,000 crore at its launch. This project, which sold 683 homes covering approximately 1.20 million square feet, marks the company’s second successful launch in Hyderabad this year to surpass the Rs 1,000 crore sales milestone at the outset.

The Godrej Regal Pavilion project is a significant development for Godrej Properties in South India, with a total developable area of 4.14 million square feet and an estimated revenue potential of Rs 3,600 crore. The project’s location in Rajendra Nagar is strategic, benefiting from rapidly developing infrastructure, well-maintained roads, and excellent connectivity, including easy access to the Outer Ring Road and proximity to the airport. This area is recognized as a high-growth residential hub, offering a combination of affordability and convenience, which further enhances the project’s appeal.

This upcoming project is estimated to have a revenue potential of Rs 3,800 crore, further expanding the company’s presence and growth outlook in the region. The company has a significant presence across major Indian cities, including the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Pune, Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, and Hyderabad, and has been actively acquiring land parcels through outright purchases and joint ventures to expand its business.
