M3M India has partnered with Jacob & Co. to launch Jacob & Co. Residences in Noida, marking the luxury brand’s first foray into Indian real estate. This ultra-luxury residential project is situated on a six-acre land parcel in Noida’s central business district.
The project involves an investment of ₹2,100 crore by M3M India and is projected to generate a topline revenue of approximately ₹3,500 crore. The development will offer 3BHK, 4BHK, and 5BHK luxury residences, with prices ranging from ₹14 crore to ₹25 crore. The apartments are being sold at an indicative price of ₹35,000 per sq ft, making it the costliest launch in Noida to date.
The project is planned for completion within three years and will be rolled out in two phases. Phase I will include 150 branded residences, while Phase II will feature approximately 100 ultra-luxury serviced residences. Each residence will include a limited-edition M3M Jacob & Co. timepiece designed specifically for the project, and the interiors will incorporate Jacob & Co.’s distinctive design elements, including bespoke lighting and finishes.
The location offers strategic connectivity to Delhi, Noida’s business district, and the upcoming Jewar Airport. M3M India, founded in 2010, has a portfolio of 57 projects, having completed 40 projects spanning 20 million square feet and with another 17 projects covering 40 million square feet currently under construction.
