Amenities: The project will feature over 3.5 acres of dedicated open space, a state-of-the-art clubhouse, and various amenities such as a swimming pool, gymnasium, and kids’ play area.
SOBHA Limited’s Presence in Delhi-NCR
The project aims to set a new benchmark in luxury living in the region. The towers will have distinct architectural silhouettes, with the taller tower rising over 45 floors. The project emphasizes maximizing natural light and privacy, offering panoramic views. The project also includes a grand arrival experience and intelligently planned community spaces.
This is SOBHA’s first project in Greater Noida and the fifth in the Delhi-NCR region. The company has previously developed projects in Gurugram, including ‘Sobha International City’ on the Dwarka Expressway.
