India’s reputed real estate firm entered into a joint venture deal to develop a residential project in Gurgaon. Max Estate is a real estate subsidiary of Max Ventures. According to the sources max estate planning to invest approx. Rs. 3400 crore in new residential and commercial projects in Noida & Gurgaon. The company has entered into a joint development agreement with Namo Realtech Pvt. Ltd.. This JDA will complete the group housing project in Gurgaon on Dwarka expressway. Max Estate Dwarka Expressway is coming in 36A sector on Dwarka Expressway. This Luxury Residential Project in Gurgaon will develop approx. 2.5 million square feet area within 15 acres of land partial.
